• VC (verification certificate) (only for tatkal scheme)

• Birth certificate (Mandatory for applicant born on or after 26/01/1989)

• School leaving certificate

 

Address Proof (Any 3):

• Aadhaar card

• Voter ID

• Latest electricity bill

• Latest landline/mobile bill

• Latest gas bill

• Latest water bill

• Photo passbook

• Income tax assessment order

• Spouse's passport copy

 

Mandatory Tatkal annexures:

• Annexure I (Standard Affidavit)

• Annexure F (Verification Certificate)
